Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital Introduces its True-Yield Real Estate Dividend Fund

Las Vegas, Nevada, June 14, 2021 – Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital (“Company” or “Kingsbarn”) announced the roll out of a new fund investment opportunity for accredited investors into Kingsbarn True-Yield Real Estate Dividend Fund, LLC (the “Fund”). The Fund will initially offer up to 250 Preferred Units of Membership Interests at a value of $100,000 per Preferred Unit, for an initial Fund value of up to $25,000,000, with the ability to increase the number of Preferred Units to 500 for a total potential Fund value of up to $50,000,000. The Fund is slated to provide to investors a 9.75% annual cumulative preferred return on their investment. Investments into the Fund are expected to be invested and reinvested over a period of 10 years for the acquisition and development of real estate properties under the Kingsbarn umbrella.

The Fund also provides initial and recurring income to real estate brokers in California who procure investors who are both California residents, as well as, accredited investors. “We provide exciting, convenient and advantageous investment opportunities for the investors in our Fund program,” Pori further stated. “We believe this Fund will provide stable cash flows to our investors and add to Kingsbarn’s stable of exceptional real property assets. We anticipate offering the Preferred Units over a period of thirty-six (36) months, after which time, no new Preferred Units would be issued.”
