Kingsbarn Capital & Development Celebrates the Grand Opening of The Marlette Apartment Homes in Carson City, Nevada

Carson City, Nevada - November 9, 2023 - Kingsbarn Capital and Development has officially opened the first apartment units and clubhouse of the 140-unit garden-style multifamily development called The Marlette.


Located at 1008 Little Lane in Carson City, this luxury resort-style apartment community is situated on a 6.1-acre site that features 10 two-story buildings, each with 14 units offering one and two-bedroom floor plans.
